Cultural Visits

A destination is never only its landscape

Tiger Bay’s cultural visits are designed to give guests a respectful and meaningful connection to the people, stories and heritage around the region.

The experience may include a guided visit to Mola Village, local history, Tonga cultural context, community conversations, art and craft stops, and an introduction to the initiatives connected to Tiger Bay’s community work.

Guests may also encounter the local honey story through Project HumBee, a community-linked honey initiative that supports sustainable livelihoods while creating a direct connection between tourism, conservation and local enterprise.
